ORDERS
Can I track my order?
Yes you can, as your orders been placed you will be asked for your email for us to notify you of your orders location, estimation of arrival as well as our order number.
What should I do if I’ve received a faulty or incorrect item/s?
We are sorry to hear that. To get that sorted please report such items to the returns portal. Just simply give us your email and your order number you’ve received in the email the day the order was placed, and one of our team will help you get that sorted.
How can I unorder or change product?
If you have placed your order but realized you wanted to change product style such as size or color, please email us at [email protected]. ASAP, and we can resolve this as best and as fast as we can. And as a gentle reminder to review all details before checkout.
PRODUCTS
Do you restock products?
Yes, we do our best restock frequently so that no ones gets left behind. However in the case that we are out of stock for a particular product, you can sign up for restock notifications via email. Sadly, not all products will be restocked, as since we are constantly working on new designs and collections, some collections may be left behind, unless stated otherwise.
How long do exclusives or limited product line lasts?
For Exclusives: We usually reserve this for big events and members only, and would usually be around month or maybe a couple
For limited editions: more or less 3 weeks to month.
The amount of time is dependent on how excusive the product line is. And for clarity, it would be stated in the “Description” on the collection itself.
SHIPPING
What and how much are the shipping fees?
Shipping fees will be determined and calculated at checkout, shipping fee prices are also dependent on location of our warehouse to your country and address.
Why can’t my order be shipped to my address?
We are limited with shipping to certain locations based on our delivery services’ restrictions of varying ways. We apologies for this inconvenience.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This varies from location to location, be we’ll do our best to ship and have it arrive to you, more or less within 5-8 business days for domestic orders and 8-14 business days for international orders.
RETURNS
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item, select the "Return for exchange" option on our returns portal once you have entered your order information and selected the item(s) you wish to return. You will then be able to select the item you wish to exchange for, this includes exchanging a faulty product to a different size.
Refunds
If a refund is selected, all successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the items. Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. What is your return policy?
Our return is period 30 days after the confirmed date of arrival. this will give you enough time to see if you are satisfied with your product. If the item you received is faulty or incorrect, you can refer to “What should I do if I’ve received a faulty or incorrect item”.
